Cancellation and Refund Policy for PISCES - THE FARM

At PISCES -THE FARM, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality pet food. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or return your order. Therefore, we have outlined our cancellation and replacement policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours or before order is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number.

If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it, we may still be able to cancel it, but a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order cost may apply.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Replacement Policy:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will provide you with product replacement. Please contact us within 8 hours of receiving the product with a photo of the damage or defect. Any type of fraudulent is prohibited and if found legal action will be taken immediately(unboxing video is compulsory).

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, we will provide you with a replacement. Please contact us within 8 hours(products related to mortality issue) or 24 hours(all dry products) of receiving the product to discuss your concerns.

Replacement will be issued within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product.

Customer to bare the delivery and packing charges only In case of replacement supply or supplies.

We reserve the right to refuse a exchange if we believe the product has been tampered with, misused, or abused.
