The following are the terms and conditions of the mortality replacement policy of an insect farm:

It does not cover insects that have died due to courier mishandling, unexpected courier delay (more than 5 days from shipping), factors beyond the control of the insect farm.

In order to make a claim under the mortality replacement policy, the customer must provide evidence of the number of insects that have died, the cause of death, and the date of death. Unboxing video within 6 hours of delivery is mandatory. The insect farm reserves the right to verify this information before accepting a claim.

The replacement insects will be of the same species and age as the insects that have died, and will be provided to the customer at no additional cost, except for courier charges and packing charges.

The insect farm will make every effort to replace the insects within a reasonable period of time, but does not guarantee a specific timeframe for replacement.

The insect farm reserves the right to modify or cancel the mortality replacement policy at any time, with or without prior notice to customers.

The mortality replacement policy is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the insects.

The insect farm is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the death of the insects, after reaching the customer's place. The customer is responsible for providing appropriate care and conditions for the replacement insects. The insect farm will not replace insects that have died as a result of the customer's failure to provide appropriate care and conditions.

The mortality replacement policy is subject to the general terms and conditions of the insect farm, which may be modified or updated from time to time.
