Shipping:

* Shipping rates: Shipping rates vary with box size used for dispatch.
* Shipping carriers: We deliver our packages via Proffesional Couriers, Skyking Courier and DTDC courier to deliver the orders.
* Shipping time: Parcel is dispatched within 1-2 working days after order has been placed.
Delivery:
* Delivery address: The customer must provide a valid delivery address to ensure the order is delivered to the correct location. (If location is wrong, we won’t be liable for any damage or loss)
* Delivery confirmation: Once the order is delivered, the company may require a delivery confirmation signature or provide tracking information to confirm the delivery.
* Delivery time:  Delivery takes takes 1-5 working Days from the day of dispatch of the parcel. (Very rare cases it takes 6-10 days to deliver, depending upon the location).
* Delivery issues: If there are any issues with the delivery, such as delayed or lost packages, or any damage of parcel or dead on arrival please follow our DOA compensation policy. 
* If courier doesn’t deliver to door step, customer has to pickup from courier office. A customer can can notify to our Farm management of such situations.
